Boys and girls, mark it down on your calendars now! The date is March 11, 2012. RCCS Youth is hosting Summoner’s Showdown: the League of Legend Tournament.

Upcoming League of Legend Tournament !!!

The R.C.C.S. Youth group is organizing a League of Legend Tournament in March 2012. This will be the first ever game tournament hosted by the RCCS Youth group, and also the first local LoL tournament.

Here’s some good questions for all of you when you consider participating in this event:

  • Do you play regularly, got to levels 30 eons ago and has high elo on ranked?
  • Are you OP and score aces and penta-kills every game?
  • Do you talk LoL, item builds, team comp and game strats day and night?

If you answer NO to any of the above questions, you should definitely come!
Learn from strong opponents and up your skills through this crazy experience.

Employment Apps Workshop

Starting with the first session on Jan 10 2012, Richmond Youth Service Agency and the R.C.C.S. Youth Group will be bringing you a series of workshops (carried out in Cantonese) to help you gain all the knowledge you need to successfully seek employment – at no cost.

Yes, this series of workshop is entirely free!!!

We will have 4 sessions held at R.C.C.S. at 208-8171 Park Road, Richmond BC, with each one dedicated to one specific topics:

  1. Jan 10, 2012: Resume Writing
  2. Jan 17, 2012: Cover Letter Writing
  3. Jan 24, 2012: Interview Skills
  4. Jan 31, 2012: Hidden Job Markets

.
It is, of course, best to come to all of the workshops. However, if you missed the first session, feel free to still come to the others! If you have friends who are interested, invite them as well. Come acquire all the tools you need for employment apps!
